INGREDIENTS:
48 pcs.
Dough:
Flour... 400 g
Sour cream ... 250 g
Egg yolk... 1 pc.
Butter... 150 g
Salt... ¼ tsp.
Baking powder ... 5 g
Vanilla extract... 1 tsp.
Filling:
Egg white... 1 pc.
Sugar... 120 g
Almond flour (any nuts) ... 150 g
Vanilla extract... 1 tsp.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 -30 minutes.
Decor:
Powdered sugar....
This recipe is easy to make and quick to prepare. They will be a great addition to tea or coffee.
In a large bowl, sift the flour and add a pinch of salt. Stir.
Grate the butter and rub it with the flour until you get tiny crumbs.
Add sour cream, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Knead the dough thoroughly until it becomes smooth.
Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
For the filling, beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until foamy, then add sugar and almond flour (or chopped nuts), stir until smooth.
Divide the dough into three equal parts. Leave one part in the refrigerator, and divide the other two into pieces and roll into round cakes.
Cut each flatbread into 16 pieces, add the filling, then roll them into bagels.
Place the bagels on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
Leave the cookies to cool, then roll in powdered sugar.
