'ചങ്ങലയിട്ട് കൊണ്ടുവന്നത് മനുഷ്യത്വരഹിതം' കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരെ അമേരിക്ക തിരിച്ചയച്ചതിൽ ശശി തരൂർ

കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരെ ചങ്ങലയിട്ട് കൊണ്ടുവന്നത് മനുഷ്യത്വരഹിതം. യുഎസ് അതിർത്തി അനധികൃതമായി കടക്കാൻ നോക്കിയത് 1,70,000 പേരാണ്. ബൈഡൻ ഭരണകൂടം 1100 പേരെ തിരിച്ചയച്ചു, 2022ലെ കണക്കു പ്രകാരം 7,25,000 അനധികൃത ഇന്ത്യൻ കുടിയേറ്റക്കാർ യുഎസിലുണ്ട്. രേഖകൾ ഇല്ലാത്തവരെ തിരിച്ചയക്കുന്നതിൽ എതിർപ്പ് ഇല്ലെന്നും തരൂർ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. അനധികൃത കുടിയേറ്റക്കാർക്കായി ഇന്ത്യയ്ക്ക് സമ്മർദ്ദം ചെലുത്താൻ കഴിയില്ലെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
