In the snow I saw for the first time this season, the temperature was minus 5 degrees, and I tried making nabeyaki udon over a bonfire.
The udon is so delicious that even the monkeys in the mountains are attracted to the smell and come to the river bank.
I wanted to make the ingredients extravagant, but real crab is expensive, so I use crab kamaboko.
But it's delicious enough to make you wonder if it's real.
I was able to fully enjoy the winter camping meal.
After the meal, I was able to make a hot amazake and finish it off with the sweet scent of steam.
Warm dishes in winter can be enjoyed by making them over a bonfire.
