One of my favorite recipes! Vegetable burgers that you can make with or without oil for the fasting period. They acquire a nice reddish color after baking while they are very tasty! You will make this recipe many times!

🥣 MATERIALS AND DOSAGE HERE:

Materials

2 potatoes
1 carrot
Salt Pepper
2 spring onions
Anise
Mint
Parsley
Colorful peppers
150 g corn
50 ml olive oil (optional)
Cumin
Grated Toast (optional)

Implementation

We start the recipe by boiling the potatoes and the carrot together with a little salt. When they soften, clean them and in a bowl mash them with a fork and then season with salt and pepper.

Then, finely chop the mint (2-3 sprigs), the parsley (½ bunch), the dill (. Bunch) and the spring onions.

Then make the mixture, putting the spring onions, the chopped colorful peppers (½ red, ½ yellow,. Orange), the corn, the parsley, the dill, the mint, the olive oil and mix. If we want vegetable burgers to be fasting, we can ignore olive oil. Finally, flavor with cumin and continue mixing.

Once our mixture is ready, shape the burgers with wet hands. If we see that it is very soft we can add a little breadcrumbs.

Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
