1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp - Lemon Juice
For Better :
1 Cup Besan
2 tbsp - Rice Flour
1 pinch - hing
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmaric Powder
For Kadhi :
1 Cup - Water
1 tbsp - Besan
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp - turmaric powder
1/2 tsp - Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
salt to taste
Recipe 2 Mamra na manchurian ---------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients :
Murmura : 3 cup
cabbage : 1 cup
Carrot : 1/2 cup
capsicum : 1/2 cup
onion : 1/2 cup
Ginger : 1 tsp
green chilli : 1 tbsp
garlic : 1 tbsp
spring onion
salt to taste
black paper powder : 1 tsp
oil : 1 tbsp
soya sauce : 2 tbsp
chilli sauce : 2 tbsp
tomato sauce : 4 tbsp
vinegar : 2 tsp
corn Flour : 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
oil : 1 tbsp
Recipe 3 Pav Vada ---------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients :
Jumbo Round Pav : 4 pic
Oil for Frying
For Masala :
Boiled Potato : 3 medium'

Rai : 1 tsp

Curry Leaves : 10 to 12
Green Chilli Ginger Paste : 1 tbsp
