Recipe for: Casserole

NECESSARY PRODUCTS:

Canned tomatoes - 300 g.
Cow cheese - 150 g (crushed).
Mushrooms - 100 g (finely chopped).
Red pepper - 1 pc. (cut into julienne pieces).
Green pepper - 1 pc. (julienned julienne).
Carrot - 1 pc. (cut into slices).
Onion- 1 head (cut into thin crescents).
Potatoes - 2 pcs. (cut into cubes).
Garlic- 2 cloves (cut into thin slices).
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Salt.
Pepper.
Paprika.
Savory
Oil.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

In a large bowl, pour the mushrooms, peppers, onion, carrot and garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, red pepper, savory and oil. Stir to flavor everything very well.

Take 3 casseroles. At the bottom of each casserole, put the tomatoes (distribute evenly. Then spread the potatoes. Spread the seasoned vegetables on top of the potatoes and press well. Finally, spread the crumbled cheese. Put the lids on the casseroles. Place in the oven and turn on at 180 degrees, without fan, in the middle on the oven, and bake for 90 minutes.

90 minutes later. Remove the casseroles from the oven and place an egg in each casserole. Return to the oven to cook the egg.

Sprinkle the finished casseroles with finely chopped parsley.
