These are the most delicious chebureks I have ever tasted. Very tasty puff, bubbly, crispy dough with awesome juicy filling. The main feature of this dough is that when frying it is well sealed and all the juice remains inside, so pasties are very juicy and tasty. Now I cook pasties ONLY THIS WAY and I advise everyone. And yes, despite the fact that chebureks are fried in oil, they do not absorb a lot of oil. Put them after frying on a paper towel and you will see that there will be almost no traces of oil on it. I forgot to note in the video that it is convenient to turn pasties, I do this with a spoon and fork. This way you will never tear them and the juice will always remain inside, and will not shoot in the pan. Try it! It's really very tasty!

Recipe:
500 g flour
1 tsp salt( SMOOTH)
250 ml boiling water
100 g melted butter
1 egg
For filling:
500 g minced meat
2-3 medium onions
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
120-170 ml water or stock
