Côte d'Azur (French Riviera) is the scenic coastline of southeastern France and one of the most renowned resort areas in Europe. The drive begins near the Italian border and passes through Menton and Monaco before merging onto Autoroute A8 at exit 48.
The initial plan was to travel along the coast to Nice after getting Crit'Air (air quality certificate). Still, due to the riots, I refrained from entering the city area and changed to via the highway.
