今回お邪魔したのは鹿を主としたペットフード＆ジビエ販売を行っている軽井沢鹿工房さんです。コチラのお店は猟はもとより害獣を捕まえて食肉加工してしまうという凄いお店でした。その駆除から食肉にするまでを一部始終撮影させていただきましたので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。

▷Karuizawa shika kobo
This time we visited Karuizawa Shika Kobo, which sells pet food and game meat mainly made from deer. This shop was an amazing shop that not only did hunting, but also caught vermin and processed the meat.
