در میزگرد بررسی مذاکرات ایران و آمریکا در عمان، مهمانان با اشاره به سابقه استقبال ایران از فرصت‌های دیپلماتیک، تأکید کردند که موفقیت هرگونه مذاکره مستلزم وجود اراده‌ای ساختاری و پایدار در طرف مقابل است. همچنین آنها معتقدند که در صورت تداوم اقدامات غیرمسئولانه از سوی آمریکا و برخی بازیگران منطقه‌ای، جمهوری اسلامی ایران واکنشی منفعل نخواهد داشت.

They also believe that if irresponsible actions by the United States and some regional actors continue, the Islamic Republic of Iran will not react passively.
