今回は、戸田駅から徒歩8分に位置する「らーめん田」をご紹介。
店主藤岡一博さんと妻の薫さんの夫婦二人三脚で営む戸田市人気の町中華店。
店のいちおしメニューは、
中華とコラボした濃厚な辛口ラーメン「ラージャンメン」。
ラージャン（辣醤）という豆板醤の一種を使用したラーメンで、
小辛から、上級者向けの超激8倍という計り知れないレベルまでの辛さを調節した注文が出来る。
今回は、テレ玉アナウンサー塚田舞が、中辛にしてラージャンメンをわんぱくに食す！
