इन २ तरह से बनाए और खाए जाते हैं राजस्थान के पारंपरिक मक्की के ढोकले | Makki ka Dhokla | Rajasthani Dal recipe INGREDIENTS : ----- MAKKI KE DHOKLE ----- Makki ka Atta – 1 cup (NOT Corn Starch) Wheat flour – ½ cup Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves Ginger – 1 inch Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon Garam Masala – ½ tsp Salt – 1 tsp Baking Soda – ½ tsp Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp Edible Oil – 2 table spoon Fenugreek leaves – 1 cup (finely chopped) Dahi / Curd – ½ cup Garam Masala – ½ tsp Coriander leaves (chopped) ----- CHILKE WALI MOONG DAL ----- Desi Ghee – 1 table spoon Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves Cumin seeds – ½ tsp Green Chilli – 2, finely chopped Bay leaf – 1 leaf Moong Dal (with skin) – ½ cup Red Chilli powder – ½ tsp Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Coriande rseeds powder – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp ----- For serving as a Snack ----- Edible Oil – 1 table spoon Black Mustard seeds – 1 tsp Hing/ Asafoetida – ¼ tsp Sesame seeds – 1 tsp Green Chilli – 3, cut in half Curry leaf – 8 to 10 leaves Coriander leaves
