सूरत की फेमस सेव खमणी बिलकुल आसान तरीके से, इंस्टेंट बनाये, Instant Sev Khamani Recipe, Surti Khamni

सेव खमणी सूरत का फेमस फरसाण हे. ये अलग अलग तरीके से बनती हे. पहले मैंने पारम्परिक सेव खमणी की रेसिपी भी शेर की थी, आज ये इंस्टेंट रेसिपी हे लेकिन बेस्ट रेज़ल्ट मिलता हे.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 Cup Chanadal (Soaked for 7-8 Hours)
2 inch Ginger
3 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
2 tbsp Buttermilk
Water as Require
1 tsp Fruit Salt
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Oil

For Tadka:
2-3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilly
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Sugar
Fresh Coriander
Pomegranate
Besan Sev
