Yogurt Cake This recipe is very easy to make. And low calories, very little flour, less sugar.
ingredient
Yogurt. 300 g.
3 egg yolks (number 2)
3 egg whites (number 2)
Cake flour. 35 g.
15 g corn starch (if not available, use only 50 g cake flour)
Sugar. 80 g.
salt. 1/2 tsp.
Bake at 140-150 degrees for 60 minutes, check if cooked, check every 10 minutes if not cooked.
(Depending on the oven at home)
If the color of the cake is still not beautiful, continue baking at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
