1) 家常煎魚- f ried fish
少许油 - dash of Oil
加入一点姜丝和蒜米 -Add some ginger and garlic
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce

2)龙须菜 - Asparagus
少许油 - dash of Oil
加入一点姜丝和蒜米 -Add some ginger and garlic
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce

3)丝瓜蛋汤- Luffa Egg Soup
材料 A(腌制): Ingredients A (Marinate):
200克 猪肉片 - 200g slices of pork
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许盐 - dash of salt

材料 B: Ingredients B:
少许油 - dash of Oil
加入一点姜丝和蒜米 -Add some ginger and garlic
倒入四碗的水 - Pour four bowls of water
少许 五香粉 - dash of five spice powder
½ 茶匙 盐 - ½ tsp salt
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
再倒入丝瓜 -Pour in the Luffa
加入一点的红枣 - Add a little red dates
1粒 鸡蛋 - 1 egg

4)佛手瓜 - Chayote
少许油 - dash of Oil
加入一些姜和蒜米 -Add ginger and garlic
100克 猪肉片 - 100g slices of pork
再倒入 佛手瓜 - Pour in the Chayote
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许 小辣椒 - few bird's eye chili (chili padi)
适量的水 - Proper amount of waterzones
放入一碗的冬粉 - Put a bowl of winter noodles
1茶匙 玉米粉(勾芡) - 1 tsp corn flour (for Thickening)
