Healthy breakfast Ingredients
১ কাপ সুজি ( ২৩০ গ্রাম ) / 1 Cup Samolina ( 230g )
১/২ কাপ টক দই ( ১৫০ গ্রাম ) / 1/2 Cup Curd ( 150g )
১ চা চামচ বেকিং সোডা / 1 tsp Baking Soda
১ চা চামচ গোটা জিরে / 1 tsp Whole Cumin
১/২ চা চামচ নুন / 1/2 tsp Regular Salt
১ চা চামচ বিট নুন / 1 tsp Black Salt
জল / Water
রেখে দিন ১০ মিনিট / Keep it For 10 Minutes
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ / 3 ea Medium Size Onion
১ টি গাজর / 1 ea Carrot
১/৩ মাপের বাঁধাকপি / 1/3 Size Cabbage
১০ টি বিনস / 10 ea Beans
১ চা চামচ কাচা লঙ্কা / 1 tsp Green Chilli
১ চা চামচ আদা কুচি / 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
ধনেপাতা কুচি / Chopped Ginger
১/২ কাপ জল / 1/2 Cup Water
১ চা চামচ সাদা তেল / 1 tsp Refined Oil
