In this video, we repaired a modern laptop screen that was displaying an image without lighting! That is, a black screen

First, we replaced the screen to make sure that the fault was in the screen itself

We then connected a lighting strip externally from another screen to make sure of the cause of the fault, and it turned out that the cause of the fault was not in the lighting strip, but in the lighting circuit itself!

We then moved on to deal with the lighting circuit directly, starting with the most important signals related to the operation of this circuit, and they were all fine!

We then moved on to examine the voltage amplification circuit to find that it was faulty

We started the repair process by examining the components and found capacitors containing short circuits, so we replaced them and repeated the examination process to find that the screen did not work!

We repeated the examination process to find a very large drop in the voltage coming out of the voltage regulator, so we replaced it as well and repeated the examination, and the screen still did not work!
After tracking the power supply voltage coming from the socket, we found that it did not pass to the amplification circuit, and by checking the fuse, we found that it had been damaged by a short circuit that was repaired initially.

After replacing the fuse and repeating the test, the screen did not work either! Although all the tests indicate that everything is fine!

After tracking the voltage coming out of the amplification circuit, we found that it did not reach the lighting strip socket! The reason was unexpected! As you will see in this important video
