लिंबू आणि मिरची चा ठेचा | झणझणीत लिंबू हिरवी मिरचीचा ठेचा
Ingredients:
2 Lemon
10 Green Chillies
1 cup of water
10 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
How to Make Thecha:
1) Take a pan and add Lemon and Green Chillies.
2) Boil it for 20 min. Drain well and set aside.
3) Cut the crown of the chillies and Cut the Lemon remove the seeds from the lemon.
4) Then add Garlic Cloves, Cumin Seeds and Salt into the Chillies and Lemon. Grind it together.
5) Heat a kadhai and add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves then add mixture saute for 1 minute.
6) Techa is ready to serve.
7) Serve the Limbu Mirchi Cha Thecha with your meals to add in that extra zing!
