毎度。おおたきです。
今回はエキゾチックなタイ料理をベースにパスタを仕上げました。
タイには本当に美味しいものがたくさんあります。しかも安い
いつかまた行けたらいいな。
〜材料〜
パスタ 100g
桜エビ 5g
ニンニク 1カケ
玉ねぎ 1/4
ニラ 30g
もやし 50g
卵 1個
エビ 2,3匹（あれば最高）
砂糖 小さじ２
酢 小さじ１
ナンプラー 小さじ1.5
豆板醤 小さじ0,5
醤油 小さじ0,5
レモンorライム 1/4
ナッツ系 少々
パクチー （お好み）
・パスタ茹では1%の塩分濃度
・卵の火入れはたらこスパゲティくらい
