Ingredients:
1. Basmati rice : 150 gm(soak in water for 20 mins)
2. Soya nuggets : 1 cup as above (soak in warm water for 20 mins)
3. Refined oil : 1 tbsp
4. Ghee : 1 tsp
5. Bay leaf : 1 nos
6. Cloves : 6 to 7 nos
7. Cinnamon : 2 nos
8. cardamom : 2 nos
9. Black cardamom : 1 nos
10. Cumin seed : 1 tsp
11. Pierced green chilli : 3 nos
12. Small sized chopped onion : 2 nos
13. Cashew : 20 to 25 nos
14. Green peas : 1 fist
15. Water : 2 and 1/2 cup
16. Salt : As per taste
17. Sugar : 2 tsp
