Hello everyone:)
Today, I'm going to introduce an easy and delicious recipe.

It's a traditional Brazilian cheese bread called 'Pão de queijo',
and it's quite common here in the United States, which is close to Brazil.

You can often see this Pão de queijo mix product at the market.
It's made with tapioca starch and has a great chewy texture.

I'm addicted to this bread these days and I make it every day.
You should definitely try making it! It's really, really delicious.

▶Ingredients (for 12 breads)
300 g Tapioca flour
200 g Whole milk
50 g Egg
50 g Vegetable oil
4 g Salt
100 g Mild cheddar cheese (other cheeses are also possible)
50 g Parmesan cheese (other cheeses are also possible)

1) Add tapioca starch and salt to a bowl.
2) Add milk and oil to a pot and boil.
3) Pour 2) into 1) and mix well, then cool for a while.
4) Add egg to 3) and knead by hand.
5) Finally, add cheese and mix well.
6) Divide the finished dough into 60g portions and shape into balls.
7) Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celcius for 20 minutes. (Wizwell Lumi Oven/Top and bottom heating + convection mode)

*Storage: This bread is best eaten when it is baked. The remaining ones can be frozen in a ziploc bag, and when needed, take them out and heat them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or warm them in an air fryer/toaster for even more deliciousness.
