A RAJBHOG- PALENKODAN VARATTY
Ingredients
1. Well ripe plantain small banana- Palayan kodan -1 kg
2. Jaggery 1 kg
3. Ghee 1 tbsp
Preparation
1. Skin the banana and beat well
2. Pour the jaggery syrup , stir and boil on slow fire letting the moisture evaporate
3. Add the ghee stirring again for 5-10 mnts.
4. Transfer to a bowl, when cool. Store airtight in fridge(not freezer)
