Stir and cook until the mixture gets thick. Then turn the flame off and keep it cool. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮, in a pan, add Water and Cow Milk in a pan and bring it to a boil. Once Milk starts to boil, reduce the flame and add Vinegar Water at a time and stir. Repeat the process until the Milk curdles and whey separate. Strain it with Strainer & muslin cloth and rinse the clean water to get rid of sourness. Then squeeze gently to drain out extra water, cover with a towel & keep it for half an hour. Then knead the chenna for 5 minutes. Then add Cornstarch/Arrowroot by mashing with your hand until you get smooth. Divide the dough into equal portions and make small, round balls. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘆𝗿𝘂𝗽, in a heavy bottom pan, add Sugar and Water. Bring them together to boil until the Sugar melts properly. Put the chenna balls one by one into the bubbling syrup. Cook for 5 minutes then cover and let it cook for 15-20 minutes over a high flame as shown in the video. Check-in between and slowly turn them around twice. Then turn the flame off and put them into chilled Water. Keep the Rasgulla into the fridge for 3 hours. Then put the Rasgulla into the Sugar Syrup for an hour and enjoy! 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮, take a baking bowl, add Rabdi & Rasgulla. Bake at 180 degrees for 21 minutes. Then take it out & garnish it with Rose Petals and chopped Pistachio.
