It is sweet and delicious with custard cream as a filling.
▷Dorayaki Ingredients
-100 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 20 g honey
- 30 g milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 g baking powder
▷ Custard Cream Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 35g sugar
- 15g cake flour
- 200g milk
- 1g vanilla extract
