250 grm fresh curd
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp grated carrot
2 tbsp capsicum
2 tbsp tomato
2 tbsp cucumber
2 tbsp onion
chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chaat masala
Bread slices
Cheese slice
Green Chutney-
1 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 inch ginger
4 green chillies
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp black salt
Salt to taste
a pinch of asafoetida
1 squeeze lemon juice

1/4 cup water
