Next, the liver is cut into square pieces that fit perfectly on skewers. But first we will use 2 bulbs. Their juice will make today's dish very tender. Cut the onion into half rings, rub it with your hands and squeeze out the strong juice. We will also need lemon juice. We take spices for the liver: 1 teaspoon of a mixture of peppers, 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of dry garlic and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix everything and leave to marinate in a cold place for a maximum of 8 hours (minimum - 1 hour).
Prepare grilled vegetables. Cut the zucchini into rings, then sweet pepper. Salt and pepper them, add balsamic vinegar and rub. String the liver and vegetables on skewers one by one. Fry the ready kebabs on all sides for 15 minutes on the grill. Next, we wrap the kebabs in a pork net and put the liver roll on the grill. Fry it on all sides for only 7 minutes. We bring the finished roll to the kitchen and transfer it to pita bread.
A little earlier we made the sauce for the liver kebab. For it, we cut green dill and onion. 1.5 tablespoons of mustard, 1 teaspoon of dried garlic, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 300 milliliters of sour cream, salt, and pepper are all perfectly combined in this sauce. Mix everything thoroughly. Amazing sauce, definitely try it. It is an unsurpassed taste, an amazing dinner that gives a volley of endorphins.
