Nearly two months after the general election, a new government is set to be formed in the Dáil this afternoon.
Proceedings kicked off in Leinster House just after 11am and quickly livened up as the row over the Regional Independents potentially getting opposition speaking rights descended into chaos. Ceann Comhairle Verona Murphy had to suspend the Dáil for 15 minutes.
