Everyone needs to be able to distinguish between a religious person, a spiritual person, and a Christian. Mr Gbile Akanni is a religious person, possibly even a spiritual person, but, definitely not a Christian. At best Mr Akanni is what the Yorubas call an Aladura. Aladuras are people who believe that they can still receive 'prophecies' and 'revelations', today. This is also the belief of Gbile Akanni. Christians believe that the word of God revealed in the Bible is enough for them to live the life that is pleasing to God. Mr Akanni does not share in this belief. Gbile Akanni fabricates 'revelations' and doctrines that he claims come to him independent of the content of the Bible. There are no two varieties of Christianity, most people do not know that. It is either you stand by the sanctity and reliability of the Bible or you make your own way. I pray for the mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ for everyone that has been deceived on what true Christianity is, not only in Nigeria, but throughout the world. The truth is that God cannot be blamed for whatever eventually become the eternity of anyone. The Book of James says that men are led astray by the bent of their own hearts. 𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡? If you do not, the truth will be sent far from you. And that will be by God, Himself!
