Showing you all a very easy & Healthy dishes from peel of Bottle gourd. Normally we throw the peel, but here we are using it to prepare dishes. Tambuli very good for health and in summer it gives coolness to the body. Try it & taste it.

Ingredients for Tambuli:
Peel of Bottle gourd
Fresh coconut
1 Green chilli
1 spoon cumin seeds
1 Bowl curd
Salt to taste

Wash & peel the Bottle gourd. Cut in to pieces & fry it by adding one spoon of ghee till it become slightly crispy, dark & gets brown spots. Cool it. Then grind it with chilli, jeera, fresh coconut till it become smooth paste. Transfer it to a vessel, then add curd after beating to avoid lumps. Add salt to taste. Add little water to adjust the consistency. Finally garnish with seasoning by adding urad Dal, sesame, little jeera , curry leaves. Tambuli is ready.

Ingredients for Chutney:
Fried buttle gourd peel
2 Spoons of gram dal
1.5 Spoons of Urad dal
4 - 5 Byadagi Chilli
Little Asafoetida
Few curry leaves
Fresh coconut
Little tamarind
Salt to taste

Fry gramdal Urad Dal Byadagi chilli, curry leaves Asafoetida in a pan till light brown. Cool it. Grind fried items with coconut, fried Bottle gourd peel, tamarind, Salt to taste. Finally garnish with seasoning. Chutney is ready. You can use it with Dosa, Idli, Chapathi, Rotti, Rice. Very healthy & easy dish.
