West Wind Pass Hike in Kananaskis | Journey Alberta

I'm back out in the Kananaskis area in this video to do the hike up the West Wind Pass Trail! It starts in the Bow Valley Wildland Provincial Park, right next to the Spray Lakes Reservoir. Although most of the hike is in the trees, when you get to the end of the trail the views are incredible. Looking east you can see the Trans Canada Highway, and looking west you get amazing views of the Spray Lakes Reservoir. Overall the hike is moderate, and most people can do it with some taking more time than others.
