今年度もたくさん美味しいものを作れるように頑張ります。
まずはオムライスです。
材料 1~2皿分**
〜チキンライス**
・ご飯 300g
・卵 3個
・鶏もも 1/2枚
・ニンニク 1かけ
・玉ねぎ 50g(1/4こ)
・にんじん 30g
・ケチャップ 大さじ４
・黒胡椒 少々
・塩 ひとつまみ
〜ソース
・ケチャップ 大さじ３
・中濃ソース 大さじ１
・砂糖 大さじ１
・酢 小さじ１
- 水 大さじ1
・無塩バター １０g
油 大さじ1ほど
卵を炒める油はしっかり鍋に馴染ませる
