Hello guys. I'm Nishan. I'm a university student. My university is UCIARS. It's situated in Waligatta. Waligatta is situated in the Hambantota district. Today I and my friends (Niroshan and Danushka) are going to make coconut roti at UCIARS Farm For lunch.

First of all we went and bought flour, salt, red onion, and chilli pieces. After that we went to the neighbour's house and scraped the coconut. Then we mixed flour, water, and salt.

Next we came back to the farm and lighted the wood stove. When the plate was getting hot we dropped the roti on it. I think we made about 16 Pol roti. And we shared them with other friends in our batch.
