葛蘭（Grace Chang，1933年6月13日－），本名張玉芳，香港電影演員、歌手。1950年代至1960年代間曾主演多部國語歌舞片，並以兼具「演、歌、舞」三者著稱，主演作品中許多歌曲亦傳唱，其代表作有《曼波女郎》、《青春兒女》、《野玫瑰之戀》、《我要飛上青天》。1964年息影后，葛蘭轉而拜師學習京劇並參與相關演出，1989年出版京劇專輯。此外也曾在公開活動中獻唱或表演。
葛蘭出生在一個富裕大家庭中，共有十三個兄弟姊妹，她排行第十二。她的父親曾任大學教授，1949年遷居香港，改行經商。葛蘭幼年住在上海霞飛路愉園時，已被其母發覺有濃厚音樂及表演天份，故在她八歲時請老師專門教她彈鋼琴及跳舞。葛蘭在上海徐家彙啓明中學唸書時，開始跟隨李夢熊老師學習聲樂，奠定她要當一個出色女高音歌唱家的志願。葛蘭在校內也是個活躍份子，課外活動如演講、唱歌、舞蹈及話劇都少不了她。
