بعد ٣٥ سنة تعود القاهرة لسياقات ودلالات قمتها في ١٠ اب ١٩٩٠.

١-قمة القاهرة امس تشبه قمة القاهرة في ١٠-٨-١٩٩٠
٢-سياقات قمة اب ١٩٩٠ قالت بوضوح ان العرب يرفضون غزو الكويت وعلى صدام الانسحاب
٣-وكانت قوات المظلات والصاعقة المصرية أول قوة برية عربية ودولية تصل للدفاع عن السعودية، في ما عرف بعد ذلك بعملية ( درع الصحراء ) ضد أطماع صدام حسين التوسعية، تلك العملية التي تطورت بعد ذلك لتصبح دفاعاً عن الخليج، ثم العملية الهجومية عاصفة الصحراء، لتحرير الكويت من الاحتلال العراقي
٤-وعن عناد صدام، قال مبارك: «أبلغت صدام حسين بأن قراءته للمشهد الدولي خاطئة ويجب أن يعيد حساباته، وقلت له إن العمل العسكري قادم ضدك لا محالة إذا لم تنسحب، ولكن لم يكن هناك فائدة، ورد علي من خلال تصريح لوزير إعلامه قال لي أنت خفيف ومش فاهم الوضع».

٥-ثم اتخذ مبارك قرارا بإرسال بعض القوات المصرية الى الخليج للدفاع عن حقوق الكويت، لتكون مصر من اوائل الدول العربية المبادرة بإرسال نحو 40 ألف جندي لنصرة الكويت. ووصلت طلائع القوات المسلحة المصرية إلى المنطقة الشرقية في السعودية، استجابة لطلب المملكة في مؤتمر القمة العربية، الذي انعقد في القاهرة في يومي 9 و 10 أغسطس.
٦- والسيسي اليوم يفعل فعل مبارك ونحن ننتظر قمة العرب القادمة والتي نتوقع ان تكون في اربيل وليس في بغداد بعد ان راينا ان وفد العراق لقمة القاهرة كان كورديا فقمة العراق ستكون كوردية ايضا
٧-والسيسي هنا عليه ان يقول ما قاله حسني مبارك وهذه عي لحظته التاريخية فالسيسي هو الذي ازاح الاخوان عن مصر بدعم سعودي اماراتي واليوم يقول مصد قريب من الديوان المالكي ان سلاح حماس في عزة حجر عثرة وان قطر والامارات لم تقل كلماها علنا في القاهرة وهو يعني ان الدعم متوفر لازاحة الاخوان من غزة وازاحة سلاح حزب الله من لبنان وكذا بالنسبة لحشد ايران في العراق واليمن
٨- ترامب وبوتين اتفاق على ان الحديث عن نظام ايران سيكون بينهما وذلك يعتي ان الروس والاميركان اتفقوا على ازاحة نظام خامنئي.

1. The Cairo Summit yesterday resembles the Cairo Summit of August 10, 1990.
2. The context of the August 1990 summit clearly stated that the Arabs rejected the invasion of Kuwait and that Saddam had to withdraw.
3. The Egyptian airborne and commando forces were the first Arab and international ground troops to arrive in defense of Saudi Arabia, in what later became known as Operation "Desert Shield" against Saddam Hussein’s expansionist ambitions. This operation later evolved into a defense of the Gulf and then into the offensive operation "Desert Storm" to liberate Kuwait from Iraqi occupation.
4. Regarding Saddam’s obstinacy, Mubarak stated: "I informed Saddam Hussein that his reading of the international scene was flawed and that he needed to reconsider his calculations. I told him that military action against him was inevitable if he did not withdraw, but it was to no avail. He responded through a statement by his Information Minister, saying to me, ‘You are naive and do not understand the situation.’"

The vanguard of the Egyptian armed forces arrived in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province in response to the Kingdom’s request at the Arab League summit held in Cairo on August 9 and 10.
6. Today, Sisi is following in Mubarak’s footsteps, and we anticipate that the next Arab summit will be held in Erbil rather than Baghdad, given that Iraq’s delegation to the Cairo Summit was Kurdish—meaning that Iraq’s next summit will also be Kurdish.
7. At this moment, Sisi must echo Mubarak’s words, as this is his historical juncture. Sisi was the one who removed the Brotherhood from power in Egypt with Saudi and Emirati support. Now, a source close to the royal court says that Hamas' weaponry in Gaza is an obstacle and that Qatar and the UAE have not openly declared their stance in Cairo—implying that support is available to remove the Brotherhood from Gaza, disarm Hezbollah in Lebanon, and similarly dismantle Iran’s militias in Iraq and Yemen.
8. Trump and Putin have agreed that discussions about the Iranian regime will be held between them, meaning that the Russians and Americans have reached an understanding on the removal of Khamenei’s regime.
