This is the reality of my candidate he directly approach to a concern person where he took a interview. He has completed a two rounds one is from HR department and one is from Owner where he talk and finalized his salary negotiations.
All are going smoothly and they gave us a green signal that these candidates are selected and some are on hold or waiting but wait for another ten days as HR is on holidays
but But and But one of our candidate directly call and ask for result without informing me.
He simply said Talk to me and suddenly they canceled and refuse his permit and hold candidate is selected .
So humble request to you if you trust just wait for the result.
