৫০০ গ্রাম চালের গুঁড়ো / 500g Rice Flour
১/২ চা চামচ নুন / 1/2 tsp salt
উষ্ণ গরম জল / liquam water
৩০০ গ্রাম নারকেল কুরো / 300g grated coconut
১৫০ গ্রাম খেজুরে গুড় / 150g jaggery
৩ টি এলাচ / 3 ea Cardamom
৫০ গ্রাম খোয়া / 50g khoya/mawa
২ লিটার দুধ / 2 liter milk
১ কাপ চিনি / 1 cup Sugar
