आजचा मेनू:- बटाटा भाजी, भगर, दाण्याची आमटी, साबूदाण्याची खीर, केळाची कोशिंबिर, नारळाची चटणी.
Ingredients:-
Batata bhaaji:-
- 1-1.5 spoon ghee
- Cumin seeds
- 4-5 Cooked potatos
- Mixture of coriander leaves + green chilly + cumin seeds
- Crushed roasted peanuts
- Fresh grated coconut
- Sugar as per taste
Bhagar:-
- 1 spoon Ghee
- Half-3/4 spoon Cumin seeds
- 1 Katori Bhagar
- 2-2.5 Katori water
- 2-3 Amsula
- 1 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
- 1 spoon sugar
- Salt as per taste
Danychi aamti:-
- Mixture of quarter katori crushed roasted peanuts + 2-3 spoons fresh grated coconut + half spoon cumin seeds + green chilly.
- 1 spoon ghee
- Cumin seeds
- 5-6 Amsula
- Salt as per taste
- Jaggery
- 2-3 pieces of green chilly
- 1 spoon finely chopped cucumber
Shabudana/Sago kheer:-
- 3 Katori milk
- 4 spoons sugar
- 1 katori soaked shabudana/Sago
- Kesar syrup
- Juice of 1 mango
Banana raita:-
- 1 katori curd
- 2 spoons sugar
- Finely chopped 1 banana
- A pinch of salt
Chatani:-
- Crushed roasted peanuts
- Fresh grated coconut
- Green chilly
- Cumin seeds
- Salt & sugar as per taste
