Gor Keri is a sweet mango pickle where raw mangoes are chopped and combined with sugar, jaggery and spices.. It goes well along with Theplas, Bhakris, Mathris, Khakras or just plain Roti.

2 kg Raw mango
1.9 kg Jaggery
100g Sugar
150-160g Split kernels of Coriander seeds
120-130g Split kernels of Mustard seeds
80-100g Split kernels of Fenugreek seeds
100g Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 TSP Turmeric powder
3 tbsp salt or As per taste
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Fennel seeds
2 TSP Black pepper corn
1 tbsp Asafoetida
100g Dry dates
