埼玉県秩父郡の「道の駅 和紙の里」にある『イワナ屋』は名の通り岩魚の塩焼きのみを扱い珍しいお店です。岩魚は山の水が流れる専用生簀で育てられ、健康で頭まで食べられる塩焼きです。

located at the roadside station Washi no Sato in Chichibu-gun, Saitama Prefecture, is a rare restaurant that, as its name suggests, only serves grilled salted trout. The trout are raised in a special fish tank where mountain water flows, and are healthy enough to be grilled with salt, even the head.
