To cook Adjarian chicken breast:
Chicken breast - 3 pcs.
Egg - 3 pcs.
Cream cheese - 100-120 g
Mozzarella - 100-120 g
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Dried garlic - to taste
Smoked paprika - to taste
1. Cut the chicken fillet in the center, forming a pocket in the center. The larger the pocket, the more stuffing will fit. Place foil in this pocket to keep it in shape.
2. Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt, ground black pepper, dried garlic, smoked paprika.
3. Fry the chicken fillet on both sides for 4 minutes until golden brown.
4. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
5. Mix egg whites with cream cheese and mozzarella.
6. Put the stuffing in the chicken fillet pockets.
7. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven, put the yolks in the center. Put in the oven for another 4 minutes.
