INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE
FOR DOUGH:
2 Cups Atta
1 tsp Salt
Water for Kneading a soft dough
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
FOR STUFFING:
3 Onions
1 Cup Poha
1 tsp Salt (for poha)
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder(for poha)
1 tsp Sugar(for Poha)
2-3 Green Chillies
1.5 Inch Ginger
Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Chat Masala (you can 2 tsp if you like )
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt (again)
Oil or Desi Ghee. For Cooking
