دهکده خال‌دره پایان یکی از محروم‌ترین قریه های ولسوالی رستاق ولایت تخار افغانستان میباشد که در بلندی کوه این ولسوالی موقعیت دارد.
در این قریه بیشتر از ۳۰۰ فامیل زندگی می‌کند مردمان این قریه به زبان فارسی دری حرف می‌زند از امکان آب و مکتب محروم میباشد.
امروز به این دهکده نسبتاَ بزرگ سفر نمودیم با مردم مصاحبه نمودیم از کوچه و پس اش تصویر گرفتیم به شما گزارش تهیه کردیم تقدیم تان باد!
Khaldara Payan village is one of the most deprived villages in Rostaq district of Takhar province, Afghanistan, which is located on the mountain of this district. There are more than 300 families living in this village, the people of this village speak Farsi-Dari language, they are deprived of the possibility of water and school. Today, we traveled to this relatively large village, we interviewed people from the alley, and then we took a picture and prepared a report for you.
