১ চা চামচ বিট নুন / 1 tsp Black Salt
১/২ চা চামচ নুন / 1/2 tsp Salt
১/২ চা চামচ চাট মশলা / 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

৫০০ গ্রাম টকদই / 500g Curd
৫ চা চামচ চিনি / 5 tsp Sugar
১ চা চামচ গোলাপ জল / 1 tsp Rose Water
১/৩ চা চামচ এলাচ / 1/3 tsp Cardamom powder
বরফ / Ice

৫০০ গ্রাম টক দই / 500g Curd
৫০ মিলি দুধ / 50 ml Milk
৩–৪ চা চামচ চিনি / 3–4 tsp Sugar
