Friends, today I am sharing one of the most favourite pickle of Gujarat, Keri Gunda Nu Athanu, Gunda Keri Nu Athanu, Aam Lasode Ka Achar, Lasode Aam Ka Achar, કેરી ગુંદા નું અથાણું, ગુંદા કેરી નું અથાણું, आम लसोड़े का गुजराती आचार.
This is traditional pickle, which is made in most of the Gujarati Homes. I made this pickle with years old traditional method and it is perfect and the best method of making this delicious pickle.
I used Sunflower Oil for making this Pickle, as the most of the Gujarati Pickles are made using peanut oil / sunflower oil. Mustard Oil is not generally used in Gujarati Pickles.

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams Rajapuri Raw Mangoes
५०० ग्राम राजापुरी कच्चा आम
300 grams Gumberry-Gunda
३०० ग्राम लसोड़ा-गुंदा
Sour Water of Mango, Salt, Turmeric
आम, नमक और हल्दी का खट्टा पानी
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पावडर)
1 tsp Salt (नमक)
1 cup split Mustard (राय कुरिया)
½ cup split Methi (मैथी कुरिया)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पावडर)
½ tsp Hing (हिंग)
1 cup Oil at low flame (तेल)
3 tsp Salt (नमक)
½ cup Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
