Today I am sharing two recipes of radish which are delicious and healthy.
First recipe is Gajar Mula Nu Athanu Recipe | Gajar Mooli Ka Achaar Recipe | Carrot Radish Pickle Recipe which have superb taste and it can be stored for whole year.
Second Recipe is made with few simple ingredients within minutes and it compliments any meal. This recipe is Mula Nu Raitu, Mooli Raita Recipe, Radish Raita Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
INSTANT MULA GAJAR NU ATHANU / INSTANT MOOLI KA ACHAR
Radish - Mulo (मूली)
2 Carrots - Gajar (गाजर)
1 tsp salt (नमक)
2 tsp dry fenugreek seeds (मेथी दाने)
1 tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
1 tsp mustard seeds (राय)
1 tsp saunf (सौंफ)
3 tbsp oil (तेल)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
½ tsp black pepper (काली मिर्च)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
¼ tsp salt (नमक)
1 tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
¾ tsp amchur powder (आमचूर पावडर)
MULA PAAN NU RAITU | MOOLI KA RAITA
Chop radish leaves (मूली के पत्ते)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
¼ tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
1 tsp powdered sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
¼ tsp salt (नमक)
1 tsp pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
