for Dough
1. Gehu ka Atta - 2 Cup ( 400 Gms)
2. Salt - 1.4. Tsp
3. Oil for Moyam - 1/4 Cup or 3TBSP
for Masala
1, Matar - 1 Cup or 250 Gms
2. Oil - 1 TBSP
3. Heeng- 2 Pinch
4. Jeera - 1 Tsp
5. Coriander Powder - 1 TBSP
6. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2Tsp
7. Amchoor Powder / Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp
8. Garam masala - 1/4 Tsp
9. Salt As per the taste.
10. Chopped Coriander
11. Oil for frying
12. Haldi - 1/4 Tsp
