Ingredients:
1. Chicken : 600 gm
2. Curd : 3 tbsp
3. Salt : As per taste
4. Kasuri methi : 2 tsp
5. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1 tsp
6. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
7. Chilli flex : 2 tsp
8. Onion : 2 big size, 1 small size
9. 1.5 inch long ginger piece : 1 nos
10. Garlic cloves : 8 to 10 nos
11. Green chilli : 5 nos
12. Almond : 10 nos
13. Cashew : 10 nos
14. Coriander seed : 1 tbsp
15. Cumin seed : 1 tbsp
16. Fennel seed : 2 tsp
17. Milk : 1 cup
18. Refined oil : 3 tbsp
