Salt to taste
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 1 med size
Finely chopped Tomato - 1
Grated capsicum - 1
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for shallow frying + 1 tbsp
