-Mousseline Cream-
3 egg yolks
70g sugar
15g corn starch
250g milk
3g vanilla extract
120g unsalted butter
some whipped cream

-syrup-
45g water
25g sugar
15ml Kirsch (can be omitted)

Strawberry (moderately)
150g whipping cream
15g sugar
