Dr.Mubarack Madani was born in Sri Lanka, in 1973.
- He completed his first Islamic studies and Arabic at Dharuth Thowheed Assalafiyya Institute in 1992.
- B.A. (Islamic Law) from the College of Islamic Law (Sharee’aa) at the Islamic University of Madeenah in 1999/2000. At the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka ,
- Faculty of Arts he completed a M.A. in Islamic Civilization in 2006
- In the department of Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University of Madras, India, he completed a Ph.D. in Islamic Civilization in 2015.
- 2001 up to 2005 he worked as a Dhayee (Preacher) in the Islamic Cultural Center (ICC) Dammam
- In 2008 he has founded and directed the Dharul Hudha Ladies College for Arabic & Islamic studies in Maruthamunai, Sri Lanka.
